Tax puts Lionel Messi major soccer player in jail

On the field, they may be rivals but in life, they support each other. Neymar speaks out about not having Lionel Messi playing for Argentina anymore. The well-known soccer player was able to bring Argentina to three finals, despite not winning not even one time,  it was still a major achievement, not only for the player ,but the fans, and the country, Everyone knows that Argentinians are extremely passionate about the game of soccer like no other.

Despite been one of major soccer figure in the world, the soccer star decided to play a game with “uncle Sam”  as well, will he win or will he lose, that remains the question. Lionel Messi was sentenced to 21 months in Spanish prison for tax fraud. It seems that this game runs in the family, His father, Jorge Messi has entered the  fraud game years ago, and given a jail term for defrauding Spain millions of dollars in the years 2007 and 2009. They also face millions of euros in fines for using tax havens in Belize and Uruguay counseling images rights.

MESSI IN JAIL

However, neither one of them, father or son are expected to serve any time in jail. Maybe a well thought out kind of game, since that, under Spanish law/system, prison terms of under two years can be served under probation. Will this affect his game, if it hasn’t already, he announced that he would no longer play for Argentina after the big loss in the Copa America final? He and Neymar will play again in Barcelona they will be teaming up in August of 2016 and 2017 for Barcelone league season.
