Millions and more millions to help Brazil on Olympics game , where is the money coming from

Brazil says it is releasing additional funding to  tighten up security for next month’s Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. Sports Minister Leonardo Picciani said that getting an extra $24 million will help them meet security needs in preparation for the Olympics. It has been said that 80,000 police officers will patrol the streets and venues during the games with patrols beginning on July 24.
The demonstration against the economy and the Olympics has been hard to ignore lately. Signs and voices are screaming all over the streets. Everything  from lack of payments for police officers to basic necessities. President Dilma Rousseff  was suspended by Brazil’s Senate in May when  impeachment proceedings began against her over allegations that she manipulated the government budget ahead of her 2014 re-election campaign.
In the meantime,  the government is putting all bets on the Olympics.  The effect on the economy of Brazil has been shown in a recent study that would create million of  jobs. The bad part about it is that it will be only temporary. It’s  even understood that the positions temporary or not would fill part of a very large hole created by the bad economy. Like mentioned before the unemployment will come back to the surface once that the games are over. For the Brazilians, there is not escaping from it all.

Like everything else,  the reality is back. just in the first quarters of 2016 brazil shows to have been in the worst recession in 25 years. But, the researcher  shows that the country is without a doubt having a very hard time supporting such and event.
When the country was awarded to host the Olympics the economy was going well and everyone was optimistic.  Perhaps the blind folders were on since the economy was researched and predicted for a very long time, that is if the country had been guided by people with high moral and  principal, but that has not been the case in Brazil.

Major names are pulling out of the game for one reason or another, but the real reason is always without a doubt safety. Not only safety with the crime but with many diseases that are carried by mosquitos, being that the Zika one is the most talked about and frustrating one, including golf world number one Jason Day  he has  withdrawn from the games because of fears about the Zika virus.
Olympic organizers have said that it is just  “blown out of the proportion.” When in reality they also have a job to do and have been afraid of what might happen or not is something that no one can be assured of, How can the society that blames other societies for voicing their fears, after all, is written in every corner that the risk is not be-be ignored. I’m  aware that lots of mom’s and Dad’s  will have restless nights while their kids are competing for the Gold medal. Let’s just pray that they will return home safe and sound and that the nightmare is over, and the job was once again done with no major disaster.

Let’s not forget everything happens for a reason, so let’s hope for amazing good energy and enthusiasm on Brazil’s first time as a host for nothing more nothing less THE SUMMER OLYMPICS.
