Heartbreaking tragedy in Lockhart Texas community after a hot air balloon hit hight voltage power lines.

Police officers rushed to the scene where they thought that they were responding to a car accident around 7:45 a.m. When first responders arrived at the scene, they found the basket portion of a hot air balloon on fire.
